• Payment Information: Credit card details (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Usage Data: Scan history, timestamps, and feature usage

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Scan your wallet for active token approvals
• Analyze and calculate risk scores for approvals
• Send daily scan reports to your email (for paid subscribers)
• Maintain your account and process payments
• Improve our Service and security features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is protected through multiple security measures:

• Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Firebase Security: Data stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database with role-based access controls
• Access Control: Only authorized ApprovalGuard systems can access your data
• No Backups to Third Parties: Your data is not shared with external backup services

While we implement industry-standard security, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication on your email.
